Greater Manchester Residents Unlock Bigger Travel Savings with New Annual Bee Network Tickets
More people across Greater Manchester can now enjoy bigger savings on public transport, thanks to the launch of additional Annual Bee Network Tickets available through local credit unions in The SoundPound Group.
Following the successful introduction of the Annual Bee Bus Ticket in January—already used by 242 passengers, saving at least £80,000—residents can now also access:
- Annual Tram Ticket – Saving at least 10% on unlimited tram travel compared to 7-day or 28-day tickets.
- Annual Bee Bus + Tram Ticket – Offering 15% savings on combined travel across both networks.
The tickets are paid for through weekly or monthly repayments via a GM credit union at no extra cost, with passengers only paying for the tram zones they use.
